Dolomite Training was founded by Steve and Paul who have similar working backgrounds. We have both worked in alternative education for many years  as well as serving in the Armed Forces. Steve has worked his way up through other youth organisations to senior management positions and Paul has worked on educational youth projects after leaving the Army.

Working with schools and businesses has helped us to develop effective leadership courses and personal development programmes. We have also developed an array of successful techniques for classroom / behaviour management. Our reputation is spreading across different regions for delivering high quality courses that meet or exceed customer expectations. We believe that part of this is due to the fact that we take great personal pride in delivering excellent customer service as well as developing good customer relations.

Other staff are also educated to Degree level or Higher and hold a wide range of qualifications with experience in business and education.
