Intermediate Rock Climbing Course
Our intermediate rock climbing courses are aimed at people who want to improve and develop their skills designed for those with climbing experience. This course will check that the fundamental skills are being done correctly first before covering further skills.
Our staff are able to provide individual coaching to each person on the course based on their individual needs at the time. We will aim to get plenty of climbing in, look at set ups, practice belaying using different devices and answer specific questions from the group.

Our climbing courses start from our main office on the edge of the Peak District. We will move quickly to the most suitable crag depending on the weather.
After this course people have felt more confident in their own ability to look after themselves and their climbing partner.
Suitable clothing to keep you warm and dry for the expected weather (check a forecast for this area or call us) carry a waterproof or windproof jacket. You will need sturdy footwear for the walk in and out of the crag, a packed lunch and drink. Your own climbing shoes or trainers to climb in alternatively we have limited sized climbing shoes for hire. Please call us to hire a pair for just £3.00.
