Employability qualifications have recently grown in popularity with many schools. We have been trialling this qualification over the last academic year with positive feedback from staff and students. We have successfully delivered the Certificate in Employability for the past year, with a 100% pass rate. 

At level 2 this qualification gains 46 SCAAT points and is equivalent to 1 B grade GCSE.

 Our course is creative, engaging and centered around student involvement and enjoyment. Our programme focuses on raising students awareness of key employability skills such as planning and reviewing lerning, teamwork, tackling problems and exploring entrepreneurship. The flexible 5 day course can be delivered at a time that best suits you.  

As more schools seek to bring us in on a longer term basis then we can also offer the Employability qualification as part of this type of alternative provision.
