Orienteering Activities in The Peak District
Orienteering activities in the Peak District can be part of a family or group activity day. It becomes an all inclusive low impact option that can be combined with another activity to make a great day out. If you are planning a family or Hen do then this could be a consideration. We can also include team challenges within the orienteering to jazz it up a little. This element provides extra amusement for many groups either on a team building day or groups on a stag or hen party.

Never mind we will give you a little skills input before we start and our expert staff will accompany you throughout your journey. If you like we can split your group into teams and make it a bit more competitive. This then becomes a points based challenge which seems to spur people on.
The terrain you are walking on is a mixture of moorland heather and some gentle rocky paths. Equally the distance we cover is also minimal on these days and may only be up to 4km.
For a more formal orienteering day then we can also teach orienteering skills as required. Alternatively, if you fancy orienteering as part of a corporate team day then please give us a call.
For further information please contact us to discuss your needs.
Orienteering can take place close to Hathersage in the Hope Valley or in and around Burbage Valley. We have also run this at Black Rocks (possible fee here) and on Eyam Moor. The other option is for us to set up a challenge course in hotel grounds for corporate groups.
